We try and take Midnight outside, supervised of course, to exercise.  She really loves her walks outside.

Midnight doing much better

Midnight is doing so much better.  We take her outside for a walk every day to help build up her strength.  She is able to get on the bed for rest time with a few extra boxes to help her jump.  It was determined it was vaccine related and the drug company is helping us.

The bad news the last pathology report from UGA indicated the cancer had spread to her hip area.  There is nothing we can do but wait and see if it grows back.  She is feeling good now so we are enjoying every minute we have with her.

Pathology results are Final

December 7th, 2016 · 6 Comments · Uncategorized

We just had the final pathology report and the sarcoma is vaccine related.  We have final a case with Merial and I’m waiting to see if they will help with any of the Vet costs.    Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Midnight had her stitches removed today.  She is very excited now.  She is still not happy that we will not let her outside.

We tried a harness and that didn’t work too well.  Midnight just flattened out on the ground.  Will continue to try other options so she can enjoy the outdoors.  Can’t and won’t let her out by herself any longer.img_2297

Midnight Doing So Much Better

Midnight is feeling much better.  She is coming out to meet me in the mornings and is eating much better.  Thanks for everyone’s support.  We go to the Vet Tuesday for removal of the stitches.  I’m sure she will be happy with they are removed.
